From 1 July, there will be a charge of 50p for passengers with a national bus pass on leaving Grimston Bar Park & Ride
There will be no charge for pass holders boarding the bus at any other stop, including the city centre
Full fares will continue to be charged before 9am on weekdays

There are several Park & Ride sites around the York by-pass and ring road
Grimston Bar Park & Ride is on A1079 Hull Road, near the junction with A64 By-pass and A166 from Bridlington, to the east of York. Car parking is free, and there is a frequent bus service to the centre of York. Buses run at least every 10 minutes during the day, with buses running more frequently at busy times
